Electronic Embedded Products:

Contract Design and Manufacturing

We are “product guys”. Our experience is based on solving problems and quickly bringing the solution to market.

Since 1989, our group has designed and produced more than 164 embedded products, across multiple industry disciplines: automotive OEM and aftermarket, motorcycle aftermarket, industrial elevators, industrial timers, injection molding, and much more.

Each of our products has been designed to conform to specific customer and industry standards (Including EMI and EMC Compliance Testing).

SINGLE SOURCE - DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

We have developed and manufactured hardware and software designs for:

  • Automotive Industry
  • Motorcycle Industry
  • Department of Defense (DOD)
  • Communication Systems
  • Inspection Systems
  • Medical and Lab Technology
  • Access Control
  • Elevator Systems

Efficient circuit board assembly:

  • Circuit boards are produced on three lines with Siplace-SMD-pick-and-place machines.

  • We can accommodate SMT component sizes from: 0201 to QFN or QFP.  We can also handle complex pick-and-place solutions.

Cable Assembly and Hotmelt/Over-Molding:

  • Manufacture and achieve required specifications all common round and flat cables.
  • Cable quality testing is standard: continuity and short circuit.

  • Utilizing hotmelt and overmolding, we are able to protect your electrical connections in an aesthetically pleasing way.
